Why is this role so important to us?

As a Reseller Services Consultant, you position yourself as a business and platform expert serving our integrators and partners.

Development through partners is a major strategic lever for Pennylane: by making our integrators fully autonomous and competent on our solution, we multiply our capacity to reach new clients and markets. This role is at the heart of this ambition.

Your mission is not limited to deploying Pennylane at partners: you train them, support them on their first deployments, then act as a dedicated CSM once they are fully autonomous. You are the expert among experts - the Pennylane reference our partners turn to in order to upskill and resolve the most complex cases.

How will you contribute to the project?

Within the Reseller Services team, you support integrators and partners throughout their journey with Pennylane: from initial training to full autonomy, including the first deployments in co-piloting mode.

You ensure the match between their business challenges and our features, you carry their voice to the Product teams, and you share your expertise to strengthen the whole team.

• Faster autonomy of partners in deploying Pennylane

• Increased volume of clients onboarded through the partner channel

• Reduction in support escalations and improved partner satisfaction

• Direct contribution to the product roadmap through structured field feedback

What will your day-to-day missions be?

1. Train integrators and partners on Pennylane: complete initial training on the product and deployment methodologies;

2. Support partners on their first client deployments in co-piloting mode, until they are fully autonomous;

3. Act as a dedicated CSM for autonomous partners: relationship follow-up, continuous skills development, handling of complex cases;

4. Be the functional reference on Pennylane modules - the expert among experts that partners turn to;

5. Run continuous training sessions and hands-on workshops to maintain a high level of expertise among partners;

6. Ensure the match between partners' business needs and Pennylane features, and propose workarounds where needed;

7. Carry the voice and usage of partners to internal teams (Product, Support, Sales) and share knowledge with peers.

Desired profile:

Integrator profile:

• Significant experience in deploying or implementing SaaS solutions at an integrator or software publisher (3+ years)

• Good command of the accounting and financial challenges of SMEs/PMIs

• Ability to train and support technical and business teams at partners

Also considered:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in accounting within the finance department of an SME/PMI or in an accounting firm

• Qualifications: DCG, BTS Comptabilité Gestion, BTS Assistant·e de gestion PME-PMI, Bachelor Responsable administratif et comptable

Transversal skills:

• Comfort working with integrators and partners and advising them

• Excellent teaching, collaboration, adaptability and prioritisation skills

• Ability to manage several partners simultaneously with a high level of service

• Strong interest in technology and knowledge of Fintech solutions on the market

• Working knowledge of English
