ABGi Technology is recruiting on behalf of its client, a large international group specialising in the distribution and improvement of housing, for its future Expert Vue.js Front-End Developer, based in Lille (Ronchin).

🔎 YOUR MISSIONS

As part of the development and evolution of a strategic data governance platform, our client wishes to strengthen its teams with an expert Vue.js Front-End Developer.

The aim of this platform is to centralise, structure and enhance the company's knowledge and metadata, relying in particular on a Business Glossary, a Data Catalog, Knowledge Graphs, Data Lineage and intelligent interfaces incorporating artificial intelligence features.

You will work in a modern technical environment, at the crossroads of Front-End development, data governance and artificial intelligence, with the aim of designing high-performance, intuitive interfaces suited to complex challenges in data management and exploitation.

You will collaborate closely with Back-End development teams, Data experts, technical architects, product teams and the various business stakeholders.

The missions required of you:

• Design, develop and evolve the Front-End interfaces of the Data Governance platform;

• Develop modern, high-performance and maintainable web applications using Vue.js and TypeScript;

• Take part in defining technical standards and Front-End development best practices;

• Contribute to the design of a product-oriented platform that promotes the use and enhancement of data;

• Design and develop interfaces enabling the consultation, search and manipulation of metadata;

• Take part in developing features associated with the Business Glossary and Data Catalog;

• Contribute to the representation and visualisation of Knowledge Graphs;

• Develop components that visually represent the relationships between data, business concepts and metadata;

• Take part in integrating advanced search functionality within the platform;

• Contribute to developing interfaces that leverage agentic tools based on artificial intelligence;

• Collaborate with the Data and AI teams to facilitate interaction between users and data;

• Take part in discussions on user experience and interface ergonomics;

• Integrate the services and APIs provided by the Back-End components;

• Collaborate with the technical teams working on Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kafka Streams and PostgreSQL environments;

• Address the challenges of exploiting and visualising data from environments such as BigQuery;

• Take part in the functional and technical requirements analysis phases;

• Produce prototypes and demonstrators to validate the solutions considered;

• Take part in the development, testing, validation and maintenance phases of the applications;

• Ensure the quality, readability and maintainability of the code you develop;

• Identify and correct technical and functional defects;

• Take part in code reviews and technical discussions with other developers;

• Contribute to the technical documentation of the components and features you develop;

• Propose technical and functional improvements to evolve the platform;

• Take an active part in discussions with project teams and business contacts.

You will work in a context where data quality, access to information, knowledge visualisation and the integration of artificial intelligence are central concerns.

🎯 OUR REQUIREMENTS

Required skills and experience:

• Advanced expertise in Vue.js (essential), with significant experience designing and developing complex Front-End applications;

• Very good command of TypeScript and modern JavaScript best practices;

• Experience designing structured, high-performance and maintainable web interfaces;

• Good understanding of application architectures and of the interactions between Front-End and Back-End;

• Experience integrating and working with APIs;

• Ability to design reusable and scalable Front-End components;

• Knowledge of Google BigQuery and its use in Data environments;

• Awareness of issues relating to data governance, metadata and knowledge management;

• Experience or knowledge in handling and visualising data graphs;

• Strong interest in artificial intelligence technologies and their applications in user interfaces;

• Ability to take part in the various stages of the software development cycle: analysis, design, prototyping, development, testing and maintenance;

• Good professional level of English, enabling collaboration in an international technical environment;

• Autonomy, rigour, analytical skills and team spirit.

The following skills are considered real advantages:

• Experience on Data Governance platforms;

• Knowledge of Data Catalog, Business Glossary and Data Lineage concepts;

• Experience handling or representing Knowledge Graphs;

• Familiarity with semantic web, controlled vocabularies and relationships between metadata;

• Experience designing solutions for visualising complex graphs;

• Knowledge of agentic interfaces and applications incorporating generative AI features;

• Experience integrating artificial intelligence tools or services into web applications;

• Understanding of Back-End environments based on Java and Spring Boot;

• Knowledge of Kafka, Kafka Streams and PostgreSQL;

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and Data platforms;

• Experience developing product-oriented digital platforms;

• Awareness of UX/UI issues and the visualisation of complex data;

• Experience in technical environments involving several development teams and international business contacts.

Experience developing Data platforms, data governance tools or applications incorporating artificial intelligence features will be a significant advantage.

👤 PROFILE SOUGHT

With a Bac+3 to Bac+5 qualification in computer science, software development, computer engineering or an equivalent field, you have significant professional experience in Front-End development, with proven expertise in Vue.js.

You have an excellent command of modern Front-End technologies and are able to work on complex applications requiring a high level of technical rigour.

You are particularly comfortable with Vue.js and TypeScript, and know how to design robust, scalable interfaces suited to users' needs.

Your interest in Data environments, knowledge graphs, data governance and artificial intelligence will allow you to quickly integrate into the technical and functional challenges of the project.

Autonomous, rigorous and proactive, you enjoy collaborative environments and know how to work effectively with people with varied expertise: Front-End and Back-End developers, architects, Data experts, product and business teams.

Your ability to understand complex technical issues, propose relevant solutions and communicate effectively in professional English will be essential to success in this role.
