As Head of Product you will take responsibility for our product strategy, organisation and development. You will lead our Product Team, develop a clear product vision and build structures that enable sustainable growth.
In this role you will report directly to the COO/CPO and work closely with Engineering, UI/UX Design, Customer Success, Customer Support and Sales. You combine strategic foresight with operational execution strength and ensure that Impower is continuously developed as an AI-first ERP platform for property management. At the same time, you get into the heart of development and get involved in the teams as Product Owner.
Your mission
Development of a clear product vision and long-term product strategy in close coordination with the COO/CPO
Overall responsibility for the cross-functional product roadmap and prioritisation of strategic initiatives
Leadership and development of a Product Team of 5 Product Owners, as well as building scalable product structures and decision-making processes
Ensuring user-centred, high-quality and technically feasible product development in close collaboration with Engineering and UI/UX
Close collaboration with customers to understand requirements, problems and usage contexts
Integration of market and customer feedback and competitor analyses into strategic product decisions
Active involvement in complex product decisions and support for the Product Owners on operational and strategic questions
Strategic assessment of AI functionalities and innovation potential within the product vision
Your profile
Several years of experience in a comparable leadership role at a SaaS solution
Relevant experience in the field of AI
Experience in building and scaling product organisations
Proven experience in developing complex B2B or SaaS products, ideally close to ERP
Ideally relevant experience in property management
Strategic thinking combined with operational execution strength
Ability to lead, develop and structure teams
Pronounced decision-making strength and sense of responsibility
Very good German (C2) and English skills (C1)
