What do we value?

We are looking for a person with solid experience in backend development and technical leadership to design and implement advanced solutions based on AI agents and LLMs. This role will be key in defining architectures, system integration and the technical quality of high-impact enterprise projects.

• Experience:

  • At least 7 years as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead.

  • Specialisation in backend solution design and integration architectures.

  • Minimum 3 years leading or designing solutions with LLM orchestration or AI agents.

• Demonstrable experience in:

  • Technical design or leadership of enterprise solutions based on AI agents.

  • Microservices and API environments.

  • Complex integrations between corporate systems.

• Technical knowledge:

  • Container-based architectures (Kubernetes).

  • CI/CD practices.

  • Data models and integration patterns.

• Mandatory references:

  • Presentation of at least 2 projects where you were responsible for the technical design or leadership of the implementation of solutions with AI agents, detailing the architecture decisions adopted.

What would your responsibilities be?

• Lead the technical design of APIs and microservices, defining contracts, data models and communication patterns.

• Design the integration architecture between AI agents, support services and corporate systems.

• Define data ingestion and exploitation strategies, including architectures based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

• Oversee code quality through reviews, establishing good practices and technical standards.

• Coordinate and guide the development team in implementing complex solutions.

• Define and oversee the deployment strategy in container environments (Kubernetes).

• Integrate developments into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous and reliable delivery.
