Become the driver of our product vision: Join the CRIT Group and its innovation division as Chief Product Officer!

Passionate about creating innovative products and endowed with a strategic vision?
The CRIT Group, a major player in temporary staffing and recruitment, is seeking its future Chief Product Officer within its innovation division to steer our product strategy towards new heights.

Your mission:

• Product strategy definition: develop and manage the product roadmap in line with the company's overall vision and market needs.

• Product portfolio management: oversee the entire product lifecycle, from design to market launch, through to continuous improvement.

• Team leadership: lead and inspire Product Owner and Product Manager teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.

• Market and competitor analysis: identify market trends, analyse competition and anticipate future user needs to position our products optimally.

• Product value optimisation: maximise return on investment of products by setting clear objectives, tracking performance and implementing corrective actions where necessary.

• GenAI roadmap deployment: co-build and manage GenAI initiatives aligned with the product strategy (use cases, prioritisation, success criteria).

• POCs and industrialisation: launch GenAI product POCs with the teams (Product, Tech, Data), then organise the transition to robust solutions (testing, monitoring, security, integration).

• Value-driven prototyping: establish a vibe coding and prototyping dynamic to accelerate exploration and reduce time-to-learning.

Your skills:

• Strategic vision: you have a proven ability to define and communicate a clear and ambitious product vision aligned with company objectives.

• Product experience: you have solid experience managing complex products, ideally in the services or digital sector.

• Leadership and influence: you are an inspiring leader able to motivate and unite teams around common goals.

• Analytical acuity: you are able to analyse complex data, draw relevant conclusions and make informed decisions.

• Communication: you are an excellent communicator, able to present ideas clearly and persuasively to different audiences.

• You are certified in lean management (black belt or green belt).

• GenAI culture & product experimentation: you have a good understanding of GenAI approaches (LLM, RAG, agents, evaluation) and hands-on practice in turning use cases into quickly industrialisable product POCs.

• Product POCs (Build to Learn): you know how to frame an end-to-end POC (hypotheses, data, evaluation, success criteria), with a "learn fast" logic and value-oriented results.

• Vibe coding/prototyping: you are able to prototype rapidly (scripts, notebooks, integrations, demonstrations) to test feasibility and iterate with business and product teams.

• Evaluation & quality capability: you define evaluation criteria (quality, performance, relevance, cost, latency, security) and know how to measure the impact of GenAI solutions.

• Security & compliance awareness: you anticipate issues related to data, confidentiality, governance and risk (hallucinations, traceability, GDPR).

What we are looking for:

• You have 10 to 15 years of experience in Product Management, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.

• You hold a degree from an engineering or business school, or an equivalent university qualification.

• You have significant experience managing teams and large budgets.

• Proven experience on projects integrating GenAI (at least through POCs or significant prototyping), ideally in a product/digital context.

• Experience in an Agile environment and close collaboration with tech and data teams to deliver actionable demonstrators.

• You are passionate about innovation and new technologies.

Why join us?

• A key role within a fast-growing group, with strong product development ambitions.

• The opportunity to shape the future of our products and leave your mark on the company.

• A stimulating and collaborative work environment, where your ideas will be valued.

• A company culture focused on innovation, excellence and personal development.

• Salary: fixed salary of 80 to 100 K€ (depending on profile) and social benefits.

• Flexible remote working for a better work-life balance
