🤝 Your role: SAP IS-U functional expert at the heart of energy processes

As SAP Release Manager, you drive SAP releases, coordinate deployments, secure transports and guarantee the quality of go-lives.

You are the point of convergence between the functional, technical, testing and operations teams, in a legacy SAP ECC / CRM environment rich in dependencies.

🎯 Your main responsibilities

Release management

Build and manage the SAP release schedule
Coordinate deployments across the functional, technical and operations teams
Identify and manage technical and functional dependencies between changes

Transports & Change Management

Secure SAP transport management across all environments
Apply and enforce SAP Change Management processes
Check the consistency of deliveries before each go-live

Testing & go-lives

Manage test campaigns ahead of go-lives
Ensure the quality and security of go-lives
Ensure post-deployment follow-up and lessons learned

Methods & continuous improvement

Draw on ITIL and Agile best practices
Propose improvements to release and deployment processes

🧭 Are you the person we are looking for?

Experience & background

8 to 12 years of SAP experience
Experience as a Release Manager in a complex environment
A good understanding of the constraints of SAP ECC / CRM legacy systems
Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector is a plus

Key skills

Management of technical and functional dependencies
ITIL / Agile methods
Test management and go-lives
Rigour, sense of organisation and strong interpersonal skills
Fluent French
English B2 level (at least)
