• Solid experience in designing and developing complex software architectures.

• Advanced knowledge of architectural patterns and Hexagonal Architecture.

• Mastery of SOLID principles.

• Experience in architectures oriented to microservices, nanoservices and event-driven architectures (EDA).

• Experience in serverless environments.

• Experience as a back end JAVA Software Architect.

• Extensive experience with Spring Framework.

• Advanced knowledge of API creation, SOAP and REST web services, as well as API Management platforms.

• Experience in strategies for decomposing and migrating monolithic applications.

• Knowledge of security applied to software development: authentication, authorisation, identity, JWT, OAuth, SAML and related mechanisms.

• Knowledge of frontend architectures based on technologies such as Angular, React or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools within DevOps environments.

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB or Redis.

• Extensive experience in cloud infrastructures and services on platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of software development processes and software quality.

Artificial Intelligence

• Experience in Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.

• Experience in AI-assisted development using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Codex.

• Practical knowledge of large language models (LLMs), including parameter tuning, optimisation of token consumption and performance improvement.

• Experience or knowledge of agentic platforms from hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Lead the design and evolution of software architectures aligned with business objectives and the technical needs of each project.

• Define and implement architectures based on microservices, nanoservices, events (EDA) and serverless environments.

• Design strategies for technological modernisation and transformation of monolithic applications towards distributed architectures.

• Establish development standards and best practices based on SOLID principles and architectural patterns.

• Design and oversee the implementation of APIs and web services, ensuring their scalability, security and maintainability.

• Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence technologies in development processes and in the solutions delivered.

• Lead initiatives related to Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering to maximise the value of generative models.

• Optimise the use of large language models (LLMs), adjusting parameters, managing token consumption and improving their performance.

• Promote AI-assisted development using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Codex.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to define robust and efficient cloud architectures.

• Ensure software quality through the application of methodologies, processes and good engineering practices.

• Provide technical advice to development teams and take part in defining the technology roadmap.
