Expert Integration / Migration Microsoft 365

As part of our growth and to meet the specific needs of one of our clients, we are looking for an Integration / Microsoft 365 Migration Expert for a strategic assignment.

Main responsibilities

You will work on a complete migration of one Microsoft 365 tenant to another, within a Windows environment. Your role will cover the entire migration lifecycle:

• scoping & design,

• strategy & planning,

• preparation & execution,

• post-migration support.

Desired profile

Technical skills

• Excellent command of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID)

• Proven experience in tenant-to-tenant migration (several projects in production highly valued)

• Expertise in migration of:

  • Exchange Online

  • OneDrive

  • SharePoint Online

  • Teams

• Knowledge of tools: Quest, BitTitan, ShareGate, native Microsoft tools

• Microsoft certifications appreciated (MS-100, MS-101, etc.)

Interpersonal skills and aptitudes

• Excellent communication (workshops, documentation, reporting)

• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams

• International context, multi-tenant environments

• Analytical mind & strong problem-solving skills

Experience and education

• From 8 years of experience

• Experience in a multi-tenant or international environment
