As part of our development, we are recruiting our next Senior Consultant in Innovation Funding

YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS

You will join a team of around ten consultants. To support you day to day and ensure close follow-up, you will report to an operational manager.

As a Senior Consultant you will have a diverse portfolio of large corporate clients and SMEs operating in a wide range of industrial sectors.

With a "consulting" approach, you will support your clients in preparing their funding applications, in particular the CIR (Research Tax Credit) and the CII (Innovation Tax Credit). 

Depending on the projects, you will liaise with a variety of contacts (Finance Department, R&D Department, MD) and develop your network in the research and innovation sector.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Being the preferred contact for your large corporate clients

• Leading all or part of complex missions.

• Guaranteeing the quality of work delivered and adherence to deadlines

• Reviewing and validating the work of more junior consultants

• Supervising and supporting more junior consultants in their development

• Taking part in internal training and recruitment activities

• Supporting your clients in defending the technical file during tax audits

• Leading client and internal presentations

• Actively contributing to business development (sales meetings, commercial proposals, tenders)

In addition, you will have the opportunity to get involved in cross-functional projects to contribute to the growth of our business (article publications, events, improvement of internal processes…)

STAGES OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

You will have a first telephone interview with our Recruitment Manager, followed by two discussions with managers. 

The purpose of these discussions is to learn about your background and expectations and to introduce you to ABGi, our businesses and our day-to-day work.

PROFILE SOUGHT

Holding a Bac+5 qualification (engineering school, university degree), general or with an industrial focus (a specialisation in mechanics or textiles would be a real advantage), you must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role or in consulting, managing large corporate and ETI missions.

To thrive in this role, you will need to draw on:

• Your scientific curiosity and your desire to contribute to the development of innovative projects

• Your writing skills for preparing technical and financial files for your clients

• Your adaptability in analysing a variety of projects according to the client

• Your listening skills and interpersonal sense to best support your clients in their funding projects
