About the role

Translated into English from French by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.

Who are we?

Doctolib is a B Corp company committed to building together the healthcare we all dream of. With 2,900 employees in France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, we support more than 420,000 healthcare professionals and 90 million patients, transforming access to care and patient management across Europe. We are now accelerating our ambition: to become the leading clinical partner in Europe, trusted by patients and professionals, through the power of advanced technologies and AI.

Our ambition is to build tomorrow's clinical operating system for Europe, delivering measurable health outcomes for millions of people.

  • For healthcare professionals : We reduce administrative burden, increase clinical decision-making through AI and enable new models of care.
  • For patients : We move from reactive care in case of illness to proactive management of their health, giving people the means to take charge of their health with trusted digital companions, recommended by doctors.
Your missions

The hospital sector is key to Doctolib's development. Over the past decade, we have built a strong presence with public and private not-for-profit healthcare establishments, with a complete suite of solutions covering the entire outpatient pathway: visibility of care offers, planning, appointment booking, administrative preparation, AI consultation assistant, teleconsultation, teleexpertise and much more.

As Head of Hospitals & Home Care, you will lead a team of around fifteen people, structured into acquisition and account management, and supported by many partner expert teams, notably Deployment, Interoperability, Product Marketing and Public Affairs. You are the guarantor of commercial performance, customer satisfaction and the strategic vision for the hospital segment in France, while opening the way to new areas: the medico-social sector and home care.

Your responsibility will be to combine short-term performance, development of the installed base and the construction of a two- to three-year strategic vision for the segment.

You will join Doctolib's Salaried & Retail France team, reporting to Maric Philibert, our VP Sales, Salaried & Retail.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Driving and achieving the segment's net MRR targets across acquisition, expansion and retention, with personal involvement in developing the most strategic accounts and accelerating cross-selling of new solutions, notably the Consultation Assistant and Teleexpertise.
  • Ensuring satisfaction and effective use of Doctolib solutions in client establishments, in close coordination with the Deployment, Interoperability and Customer Care teams.
  • Managing, developing and engaging a team of around 15 people, supporting its growth in seniority and strengthening its efficiency through data and AI agents.
  • Building and embodying the segment's two- to three-year strategic vision, in line with Doctolib's Product Vision and market trends, in coordination with the Product Marketing, Public Affairs, Communication and Product teams.
  • Developing and maintaining key institutional relationships and managing the segment's strategic partnerships.
  • Exploring and engaging Doctolib in the medico-social and home care segments, defining needs, strategy and suitable tactical approaches.
  • Developing a structured approach to segmentation, account planning and coverage of strategic accounts, in order to increase adoption, expansion, cross-selling and retention.
  • Coordinating the Tech, Deployment, Legal, Finance, Product Marketing, Public Affairs and Partnerships teams, while keeping customer and field priorities at the centre of decisions.
Your impact

Within the first 6 months, you will have established a clear diagnosis and an operational plan for the segment, strengthened the team and managers, improved visibility on performance and created new momentum around strategic accounts and growth opportunities.

In two to five years, success will notably be reflected in:

  • Growing revenue and doubling growth in annual new ARR through upselling (licences for established solutions), cross-selling (delivery of solutions around AI and care coordination) and the acquisition of new clients in currently under-exploited hospital segments, the medico-social sector, EHPADs (care homes for dependent elderly people) and home care.
  • Positioning Doctolib as a complete solution, trusted and value-creating for healthcare establishments, in a more partnership-based and less transactional approach, and supporting the sector's fundamental shifts: from curative to preventive care, towards greater coordination between professionals of all kinds, and population responsibility.
  • Building a stable, more senior team supported by AI agents, therefore able to sell and ensure satisfaction for more solutions and more establishments, and less dependent on individual expertise.
Profile sought

We are looking for a senior leader able to act as the CEO of the segment and to engage credibly with internal and external executive stakeholders.

  • You have significant experience with healthcare establishments, gained as a supplier or service provider, e-health publisher, healthtech player, director of an establishment or group, institutional body or healthcare consultant with a strong commercial dimension. You understand the players, personas, cultures, rhythms, decision-making circuits and the political and regulatory issues of the sector.
  • You have experience of complex B2B and key account sales, with organisations involving many stakeholders and long sales cycles. You master acquisition, selling complex solutions, strategic account management, expansion, adoption and retention.
  • You bring a 360° business vision covering strategy, go-to-market, acquisition, expansion, partnerships, product, operations and account management, with no blind spots.
  • You have managed and developed an organisation of at least 10 people, ideally made up of diverse profiles, with a track record of transformation, growth in seniority and development of managers.
  • You know how to deliver short-term results while building the segment over the medium and long term, with analytical rigour, C-level gravitas and excellent cross-functional coordination with Tech, Deployment, Legal, Finance, Product Marketing, Public Affairs and Partnerships.
  • You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

It would be a plus if you also had:

  • Experience with medico-social players, EHPADs or home care, or a strong motivation to actively contribute to opening these markets.
  • A good understanding of the political and regulatory issues of digital health, notably the Ségur du Numérique, interoperability, public funding and health policies.
  • A natural ease in institutional or political interactions, with gravitas suited to C-level, public and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in a scale-up, an e-health publisher, a hospital or group management, an institutional player or a healthcare consultancy.
