📝 Your role

To support the development of mySilae Entreprise (+3 million users), we are looking for a Lead Product Manager able to carry an ambitious product vision, translate it into concrete priorities and lead a team of 5 Product Managers in delivering it.

Your missions

Defining and driving the product strategy

• Build the vision for your scope in line with the Product management and Silae's challenges.

• Translate this vision into an operational, prioritised roadmap linked to measurable objectives.

• Arbitrate priorities based on user value, business impact, business constraints and technical feasibility.

• Ensure consistency of journeys and developments with the other product scopes.

Coaching and growing the Product Manager team

• Give the team a clear direction and support each PM in their development and autonomy.

• Challenge the problems identified, the hypotheses and the prioritisation choices.

• Strengthen discovery practices, data-driven steering and results measurement.

• Foster smooth collaboration between the Product, Design and Tech teams.

Deepening user understanding

• Organise an ongoing listening approach with clients, partners and users.

• Combine interviews, usage data and feedback from field teams to identify opportunities.

• Test hypotheses with Design and Tech before committing to development.

Turning priorities into results

• Support PMs and Tech teams in scoping and delivering developments, anticipating dependencies and risks.

• Get directly involved in the most structuring or complex topics.

• Measure adoption, satisfaction and the gains delivered to users, then adjust the roadmap accordingly.

🧩 Your profile

• You have proven experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in a start-up or scale-up

• You have already coached or managed Product Managers and know how to develop a team while maintaining a high standard of excellence.

• You have led complex products, with several user profiles and strong, regulated business stakes

• You master the entire product cycle, from exploring needs to measuring impact after launch.

• You know how to make decisions, explain your trade-offs and bring together stakeholders with differing expectations.

• Experience in payroll or HR would be an asset.
