Mission

Attached to the Industrial Engineering Division of our Lyon 7 agency, you will join a team of process engineers engaged on project management or turnkey projects, in varied sectors: chemicals, fine chemicals, petrochemicals, water treatment and decarbonisation...

Your responsibilities:

• Lead process studies across the entire project cycle, from feasibility to execution, through to commissioning and start-up

• Coordinate your studies with the other technical packages of the project

• Carry out calculation notes and balances (materials, utilities, thermal), and size equipment and process/utility diagrams (sketches, PFD, PID...)

• Write equipment specifications (technical requirements), as well as the associated datasheets

• Consult suppliers and analyse their offers to guide the most relevant technological choices

• Take part in risk analyses (HAZOP, APR) that ensure the safety of installations

• Contribute to the analysis, response and costing of tenders in collaboration with project managers

• Act as technical reference and functionally manage process engineers

Profile

Process Engineer or Chemical Engineer by training, you have built solid expertise over some fifteen years in industrial engineering or on the industrial side.

ASPEN+, FATHOM and ARROW are part of your daily technical toolkit.

Juggling several projects at once does not intimidate you: your sense of organisation and rigour allow you to keep on course. Curious and committed, you move forward with the same ease whether working alone at the helm or surrounded by a team.
