At Seyna, our mission is simple: enable insurance professionals to protect those who think big.
Join our mission! π
Seyna is an insurer that brings unmatched efficiency to brokers. Thanks to its technology and the responsiveness of its teams, Seyna supports brokers at every stage of their development: creation of tailor-made insurance products, sales and management tools, analysis and improvement of insurance products, compliance.
Since its launch in 2019, when Seyna obtained its ACPR insurer licence, Seyna has won over more than 100 brokers, including SPVIE, Verspieren, WTW, Garantme, APRIL, Marsh and Dalma. They use Seyna to protect nearly two million insured persons across 6 European countries. Thanks to a β¬57 million investment from GFC, WhiteStar Capital, Elaia and 115K (La Banque Postale), Seyna has global ambitions to improve the insurance sector by modernising the design and management of insurance programmes.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM:
The Risk Management team's mission is to ensure that Seyna takes the right level of risk to achieve its objectives, while protecting its cash, assets and reputation. To do so, it identifies and assesses risks and spreads a common risk culture among all Seynators. As Senior Internal Auditor, you will be a pillar of this framework - guarantor of the objectivity of controls and the go-to contact for Seyna's highest governance bodies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:Multi-year audit plan: Maintain and update the audit plan to ensure comprehensive coverage of Seyna's risks - and make sure no blind spots remain.
Audit missions: Lead missions end to end (scoping, testing, interviews, analysis) to assess the effectiveness of control systems across the entire organisation.
Reports and recommendations: Write precise and concise reports, formulate concrete, actionable recommendations that help teams truly progress.
Governance: Chair the audit committee, monitor action plans until their effective closure and represent the Internal Audit function before the Risk Committee and the Board of Directors.
Cross-functional dialogue: Constructively challenge the Risk, Accounting, Underwriting and other departments to maximise the impact of your recommendations.
Methodological rigour: Apply IFACI standards to ensure the quality and traceability of each mission, while preserving your operational independence from the audited teams.
You understand how the delegated brokerage model works and grasp its specific risks.
You know the insurance regulatory framework (Solvency 2, IDD) and can assess the compliance of a system against the ACPR.
You apply internal audit methodologies (IFACI) with rigour and traceability.
You are curious and versatile - you move easily from a risk topic to an IT or compliance topic without losing the thread.
You understand the field constraints of the audited teams and formulate realistic recommendations, not pious wishes.
You communicate complex findings clearly and concisely, both in a written report and in presentations to governance bodies.
π΅ Remuneration: A competitive package with BSPCEs so that you can share the success as we grow.
π Paid leave: 7 to 10 days of RTT (depending on the number of working days in the year) in addition to your 28 days of paid leave.
π Meal vouchers: A Benefiz meal voucher card, 60% funded by Seyna (β¬10/day).
π Public transport: 50% of your preferred mode of transport (Navigo, bicycle, train) covered by Seyna.
π Health insurance: Generali supplementary health insurance 95% covered by Seyna
π Team events: An annual seminar to enjoy moments together.
