At itm8 we are looking for a Team Lead for our Device Management team. A role for you who is motivated by creating wellbeing, development and results through other people, but who at the same time understands the technical reality the team works in.
You will become the leader of a team of skilled specialists who every day help our customers create secure, stable and modern device environments. Together you ensure high quality in project deliveries, develop our standard services and create good experiences for customers.
You do not need to be the strongest technical specialist in the team. In return, you must be curious about the field, understand the dynamics of the IT industry and want to be close to both people, operations and development.
Your role
As Team Lead you will be responsible for a team of 15 teammates spread across Denmark and the Czech Republic. You report to the Head of Workplace and become an important part of the ongoing development of people, collaboration and our Device Management service.
You create direction, remove obstacles and help the team succeed. At the same time you work closely with the team, colleagues and customers to ensure high quality and a strong customer experience.
Your main areas of responsibility will be to:
Drive day-to-day people management with a focus on wellbeing, development, sparring and performance
Create engagement and team spirit in a team spread across several locations and countries
Ensure the right prioritisation and resource allocation in close collaboration with colleagues and management
Contribute to the development of our Device Management service with a focus on quality, scalability and customer value
Stay close to the business, the customers and the technical reality in which the team works, and support project coordination and contribute to overview and progress in the deliveries.
We are looking for a teammate who

We imagine that you:
Have experience with people management or
Have experience from the IT industry and understand the work in a technical specialist environment
Are motivated by developing people, creating wellbeing and building strong teams
Have an interest in, and preferably experience with, Device Management, Endpoint Management or Microsoft Intune
Communicate naturally in both Danish and English and build trust across the organisation
