At Seyna, our mission is simple: enable insurance professionals to protect those who think big.
Join our mission! 🚀
Seyna is an insurer that brings unmatched efficiency to brokers. Thanks to its technology and the responsiveness of its teams, Seyna supports brokers at every stage of their development: creation of bespoke insurance products, sales and management tools, analysis and improvement of the insurance product, compliance.
Since its launch in 2019, the date on which Seyna obtained its ACPR insurer licence, Seyna has convinced more than 100 brokers, including SPVIE, Verspieren, WTW, Garantme, APRIL, Marsh or even Dalma. They use Seyna to protect nearly two million insured persons across 6 European countries. Thanks to an investment of 57 million euros from GFC, WhiteStar Capital, Elaia and 115K (La Banque Postale), Seyna has global ambitions to improve the insurance sector by modernising the design and management of insurance programmes.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM:The Product & Engineering team is Seyna's technological brain: it builds the platform that runs Seyna and its brokers, from discovery work through to production, in 2-week sprints. As a Software Product Engineer, you join the Tech team in a unique role, embedded close to the business teams (actuarial, legal, accounting…), reporting directly to Guillaume, our CPTO. Your mission: use AI to build the tools that will multiply the productivity of the entire company!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:Business immersion: Immerse yourself in the team you are equipping and actually practise its job, to understand from the inside its processes, regulatory constraints and everyday frustrations.
Discovery & prioritisation: Lead user research (interviews, observation, process analysis), identify the problems with the greatest impact and manage your backlog on your own according to the expected business value.
Specs & architecture: Translate needs into concise specs and documented architecture decisions, so that every choice is traced and easily picked up by the Tech team.
End-to-end delivery: Develop, test and put your solutions into production yourself, with a genuine production-quality standard (code review, tests, monitoring, documentation). Deliver fast, without creating debt!
AI at the heart of the build: Use code agents (Claude Code…) as a lever for velocity, and integrate AI directly into the tools you build: automation, extraction, generation, business agents.
Measurement & iteration: Define success criteria with the business, measure the adoption and impact of your tools, and iterate quickly based on data and user feedback.
Alignment & sharing: Reuse existing building blocks of the Seyna platform with the Product & Engineering teams, escalate what deserves to be industrialised and share your AI-augmented build methods to raise the level of the whole organisation.
You have mastered full-stack development in TypeScript (React, Node.js) on AWS and GitHub, and you deliver production-quality code.
You have genuine engineering rigour: thoughtful architecture, tests, code review, monitoring and documentation are part of your DNA.
You are AI-native: code agents are part of your daily routine, and you know how to integrate AI into useful products.
You know how to run discovery: interview, observe, and clearly articulate the real problem before writing a single line of code.
You learn fast and love diving into a job that is not your own.
You are impact-driven: you measure what you deliver and rely on data to decide what comes next.
You enjoy solving complex problems and can bring along tech and non-tech profiles without formal authority.
✨ Bonus if you have already written specs and prioritised a backlog in a Product Manager role.
💵 Compensation: A competitive package with BSPCE so that you can share in the success as we grow.
🏖 Paid leave: 7 to 10 days of RTT (depending on the number of working days in the year) in addition to your 28 days of paid leave.
🍜 Meal vouchers: A Benefiz meal voucher card, 60% covered by Seyna (€10/day).
🚇 Public transport: 50% of your preferred mode of transport (Navigo, bike, train) covered by Seyna.
🚑 Health insurance: Generali supplementary health insurance covered at 95% by Seyna
🏄 Team events: An annual seminar to enjoy moments together as a team.
🧡 A positive team to work with every day and an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious insurtech (FT120)!
