Job Description

1. Financial reporting and budget/plan development   

• Carry out regular Financial Reporting and Forecast modelling
• Set business goals and explore ways to improve performance, diversifying the specific activities needed to achieve various financial targets 

2. Supporting decision-making and execution for the CLS Finance organisation / managing key performance 

• Financial analysis for decision-making by business units
• Define key KPIs and automate/quantify them so that progress towards targets can be tracked in real time and action can be taken in a timely manner
• Resolve urgent or important business problems together with the business (identify root cause)

3. Financial analysis

• Comparative analysis of budget and actual results, and in-depth analysis of forecast data
• Contribute to automated report generation using business intelligence tools, used as part of an ongoing efficiency improvement programme

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 8+ years in Corporate Finance within an accounting firm (Valuation, Financial Advisory experience), investment bank, or the IT/manufacturing/distribution industries
• Financial modelling expertise and proficient use of MS Office Excel
• Experience solving problems from a financial perspective in a variety of business situations
• Intermediate or higher business English

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA 
• SQL (NoSQL) skills

Document Return Policy 

1. This notice is given pursuant to Article 11(6) of the Act on the Fair Hiring Procedures.
2. Applicants who were not finally selected may request the return of the hiring documents they submitted, in accordance with the Act on the Fair Hiring Procedures. However, this does not apply where documents were submitted via the website or email, or where applicants submitted them voluntarily without our request. Where hiring documents have been lost due to natural disaster or other causes not attributable to the company, they will be deemed returned.
3.
