About the role

As Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and start-up to implementation, handover and follow-up. You lead cross-functional teams and ensure clear control of progress, finances, quality, risk and expectations.

You work closely with the customer's management and project organisation, internal expert communities and relevant suppliers. The role requires you to see the connection between technology, processes, people and business value, and to turn this into structured delivery and good decisions.

You will meet customers who are in extensive digitalisation and transformation projects, and who have high demands for quality, control and the ability to realise benefits. AI and new technologies are at the same time changing how projects are planned, delivered and followed up. You will, among other things, work with

• Leading the entire project lifecycle from planning and start-up to handover and follow-up

• Ensuring progress, finances, quality, risk and change management

• Establishing clear project governance, decision structure and reporting

• Leading and developing cross-functional project teams across disciplines and countries

• Building strong relationships and managing expectations with customers and internal stakeholders

• Contributing to tender processes, estimation, contract reviews and the start-up of new deliveries

• Ensuring that technical and business requirements are seen in context

• Contributing to the further development of project methodology, best practice and the project management community at Cepheo

• Being a trusted advisor to our customers

We would like you to have

• Solid experience leading larger ERP, technology or transformation projects

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent business-critical solutions

• Good business understanding and experience with financial, risk and contract management

• The ability to create direction, structure and progress in complex deliveries

• Experience with steering groups, management dialogue and different stakeholder levels

• Strong relationship and communication skills in Norwegian and English

• A calm and unifying leadership style that creates accountability, collaboration and good results

• An interest in AI and new technology, and how this can strengthen project delivery and customer value
