Within the Finance and Risk division of the IT Department (DSI), you will join the Data team to lead two major strategic projects:

1. Redesign of the "Shared Vision of Default" Engine: Management of the existing product in compliance with the NDOD regulation (Normes de Détection des Overdrafts et Défauts) and modernisation of the architecture with the integration of AI components to optimise default detection.

2. Redesign of the Client and Outstanding Exposure Views: Design and modernisation of dashboards (ergonomics, simplified data access, governance).

Your Main Responsibilities

• Roadmap and Backlog Management: Writing and prioritising User Stories, managing sprints and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Direct interface with the Risk business teams, Data/AI engineers and development teams.

• Governance and Data Quality: Securing the integration of data flows and guaranteeing regulatory compliance (NDOD).

• Innovation: Identifying opportunities for automating reporting and for exploiting applied AI.

Desired Profile

• Experience: Senior or Expert in Product Ownership on Data and/or banking regulatory products.

• Business Expertise: Solid knowledge of the banking sector, risk and the NDOD regulation.

• Methodology and Tools: Proven practice of Jira, Confluence and mastery of Agile / SAFe frameworks.

• Technical Affinity: Strong data culture (governance, quality, flows) and interest in Artificial Intelligence.
