About the role
Translated into English from French by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.
Ouihelp is a group of home help and support services, made up of several brands and companies (Ouihelp, ONELA, Joya, ACO Services) brought together notably through external growth. This multi-entity structure comes with significant social convergence challenges: a plurality of collective agreements and, consequently, a diversity of collective statuses and employee representative bodies.
In this context, the group is recruiting a Head of Social and Legal Affairs responsible for securing the social and legal framework, steering social dialogue and leading the harmonisation of statuses across the group.
As technical referent in employment law and industrial relations for the whole group, they ensure the compliance and legal security of HR practices, animate and make social dialogue (CSE, UES) reliable in support of the HR Director and HR Business Partners, and support collective bargaining in service of the group's harmonisation strategy.
Main responsibilities
1. Industrial relations and employee representative bodies
- Coordinate and secure the functioning of the CSEs of the various entities: convening notices, agendas, minutes, recurring and ad hoc consultations, annual social calendar.
- Steer matters relating to the UES: monitoring the existing UES (ONELA), analysing the relevant scopes for recently integrated entities and examining development scenarios (extension, creation, status quo), in support of the HR Director.
- Prepare and follow electoral processes (pre-election protocol agreements, professional elections).
- Support social dialogue, directly or by advising and equipping the HR Director and network HR Business Partners in the day-to-day management of relations with employee representatives and trade unions.
2. Collective bargaining and group harmonisation
- Steer the group's social harmonisation strategy through company agreements: mapping existing statuses, identifying gaps, sequencing and prioritising convergence workstreams (working time, classifications, pay, employee benefits, provident and health insurance, etc.).
- Prepare, negotiate and draft collective agreements (company agreements, amendments, method agreements), including with mandated employees where required.
- Secure the lifecycle of agreements: revision, termination, challenge, minutes of disagreement, referendums, filings and publicity formalities.
- Support the HR Director and/or network HR Business Partners in annual mandatory negotiations (NAO) and in monitoring recurring contractual obligations.
3. Legal advice on employment law
- Act as an advisor to HR Business Partners on all individual and collective employment law matters.
- Carry out legal and case-law monitoring and circulate analysis notes and operational recommendations.
- Secure practices and prevent risks specific to the sector.
- Manage pre-litigation and employment tribunal litigation for head office staff and management, in liaison with external counsel (risk assessment, strategy, case management).
4. Management of complex individual situations
- Secure and support individual procedures for head office staff and management
5. Transformation projects and external growth operations
- Support reorganisation and transformation projects from a social perspective (e.g. CSE consultation component)
- Contribute, with the network HR team, to external growth operations: social due diligence, analysis of liabilities and commitments, post-acquisition integration (statuses, agreements, employee representative bodies).
Candidate profile
Education and experience
- Higher legal education, specialising in employment law (Master 2 in employment law / industrial relations or equivalent).
- Proven experience (ideally 7 years or more) in social affairs and/or employment law, gained in-house and/or in a law firm.
- Experience of social dialogue in a multi-site and/or multi-entity environment; knowledge of the personal services or home help sector is an asset.

- Command of individual and collective employment law: collective bargaining, functioning of CSEs and UESs, working time, termination of contracts, social contributions.
- Solid experience in drafting and negotiating collective agreements.
