Do you want to shape the strategy of a booming market and lead a committed team? Join Urbasolar to drive the development of our Photovoltaic Greenhouses business, from prospecting through to crop cultivation.
Your responsibilities:
Lead the Greenhouse team (prospecting and development) and ensure the validated prospecting plan is implemented
Carry out your own prospecting, commercial negotiation and legal securing of projects
Support the Urban Planning and Greenhouse Development project managers on regulatory permits and monitoring of the agricultural notice
Contribute to the development and post-construction phases (presentation at KOM, validation visits, greenhouse handover, crop monitoring)
Define, alongside the Department Director, the Greenhouse strategy (prospecting plan, marketing actions, partnerships and strategic alliances)
Monitor and optimise the Greenhouse commercial offer against the market and competition, co-piloting the R&D programme with the Innovation engineering office
Your profile:
You have experience in business development and/or project management, ideally in the agricultural or renewable energy sector
You have some initial experience in team management
You are comfortable with commercial negotiation and with the legal and regulatory aspects of projects
You have a strategic mindset and know how to build lasting partnerships
Ideally, you know the agricultural sector or issues related to greenhouses
