About the role
Translated into English from German by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.
At voize, we believe that the most valuable thing we can give people in care is time. Time for attention, for conversations, for simply being there. Today, precisely this time is lost to administrative work and complex systems.
We want to change that: with AI companions that take over digital processes in the background. We do not replace people with technology, we amplify their impact.
Behind our mission stands a Series A funding round of 50 million US dollars led by Balderton Capital, together with HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs. More than 2,000 care facilities already rely on voize, and over 200,000 users are relieved in their daily work by our AI companion.
We combine outstanding technology with genuine social value. And now we are looking for you.
💡 YOUR MISSIONvoize works directly with our customers' care software. How well voize performs in daily use therefore depends on how Vivendi or MediFox DAN are set up at the customer. This is where you come in.
You know at least one of the two systems from the practical experience of a facility or care provider. As a Care Expert, you advise our customers on how their configuration must look so that care teams truly win back time with voize. You work in an advisory capacity on equal footing with QM, application support and the Director of Nursing. Your success is shown by implementations running without friction and teams enjoying using voize after go-live.
🚀 YOUR DAY-TO-DAYCheck configuration before it counts: Before training and go-live, you carry out our documentation checks together with QM and application support. Together you verify whether Vivendi PD/NG or MediFox DAN inpatient is compatible with voize, from area assignments through measure planning to report categories.
Advise rather than just check: Where something does not fit, you show concrete solutions in the system. You bring in ideas on how processes in daily care can become simpler.
Translate between care and system: You make nursing requirements such as SIS, measure planning, vital signs or medication tangible in the configuration, and vice versa.
Classify cleanly: If something does not work as expected, you find out whether the cause lies in the system setup, in the customer's process or in the product. Your assessment goes clearly to Customer Success, Support and Product.
Support customers: Remotely and, where needed, on site, you support implementations beyond go-live, closely coordinated with the responsible Customer Success Manager.
Build scalable knowledge: Together with the team, you further develop playbooks, checklists, Help Center articles and internal enablement materials for Vivendi and MediFox.
You have worked intensively for several years with Vivendi PD/NG or MediFox DAN inpatient, for example as an application support specialist, key user, QM officer or system manager in a facility or at a care provider. You know functions and configuration options in detail.
If you know both systems, that is a big plus. If not, you are keen to get up to speed on the second one quickly.
You bring a nursing background or solid experience with care documentation in inpatient elderly care: structural model and SIS, measure planning, requirements from MD audits.
Systems are tools for you, not obstacles. You think in settings, dependencies and causes, and you stay with it until you understand why something is the way it is.
You explain complex matters simply, to a QM lead just as well as to a nurse on the early shift or to a provider's IT department.
You enjoy advisory and structured work. You give clear recommendations and stand by them.
You speak fluent German. English for internal collaboration is a plus.
You are willing to travel to on-site appointments.
We are a fast-growing startup. You take on new topics, grow quickly and make a difference that gives care workers more time for people.
You help shape a young function: the Care Expert team is currently building its way of working, its playbooks and its role within Customer Success.
We live an open, collaborative culture with regular team events, whether you work from our Berlin office or remotely from Germany.
With stock options, you become part of our success.
30 days of holiday plus your birthday off, Deutschlandticket, Urban Sports Club, regular company offsites and access to learning platforms such as Blinkist and Audible.
You decide when you work best: flexible working hours and a good hybrid setup.
We look forward to your application and to getting to know you, regardless of who you are and what background you bring.
