About the role

Translated into English from Swedish by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.

Bruce Studios aims to change how people train, recover and feel good - every day.

With thousands of members and over 1,100 partner studios across the Nordics, we offer one of the most flexible ways to stay active and feel good. And we have only just begun.

We are now looking for a part-time Partner Coordinator (approx. 8 hours/week) based in Gothenburg, with the option to travel to Malmö when needed, who will support our studio team in Stockholm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you if you are studying and want practical experience of partnerships, events and brand activations within training and wellness.

Your mission

As Partner Coordinator, your mission is to support the studio team in day-to-day work and help ensure that our partner activities and events are carried out in the best possible way. You will have an important operational role, both behind the scenes and on site, and help ensure that our activities and events maintain a high standard and create a really good experience.

The role is part-time and is well suited to combining with studies.

What you will do

  • Help plan, prepare and deliver partner events, including on-site support before and during events

  • Coordinate and manage event logistics such as merchandise and materials

  • Build relationships and create partnerships with sponsors

  • Photograph and film at partner events and activations for marketing and internal use

  • Support the studio team in day-to-day operational work

  • Handle administrative tasks linked to partners and events

  • Help keep information and documentation structured and up to date

We believe you

  • Are studying today, for example economics, marketing, communication, media, sport management or similar

  • Have experience of sales and/or service and feel comfortable in contact with partners and customers

  • Enjoy building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with partners

  • Have basic knowledge of content creation (photo/video) and enjoy being present at events

  • Speak fluent Swedish and feel comfortable working in English

  • Have an interest in training, wellness or events - we see this as a big plus

As a person, you are structured and reliable and enjoy getting things done. You are humble and hands-on and are equally happy working independently as together with others. You are sociable and service-minded, have a positive and proactive attitude, and are not afraid to take initiative or step in where needed.

Our values at Bruce Studios

At Bruce Studios, our values guide us in everything we do - from how we work together to how we engage with our community.

Move as One - We work as one team, not as separate functions or departments.

What we offer you

  • A flexible part-time role that combines well with your studies

  • Practical experience of partnerships, events and brand activations

  • A supportive, ambitious and fun team made up of a Country Lead, a Senior Partner Manager and a Partner Coordinator, all based in Stockholm

  • A flexible way of working with a combination of on-site events and the option of remote work

  • A Bruce Black membership - yes, of course you get to train too!
