You work on client projects with high business stakes.
What you do
You design and develop Java 17+ / Spring Boot 3+ applications in microservices and cloud environments
You define robust and secure REST APIs (OpenAPI, OAuth2)
You know how to maintain or create a CI/CD pipeline, industrialise deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and ensure reliability in production through observability
How you work
With rigour: TDD, integration tests, code reviews, management of technical debt
With conviction: you have technical opinions, you know how to defend and share them
With generosity: internally and externally, you pass on knowledge: meetups, conferences, articles, whatever the format
š Your profile
The essentials:
At least 7 years of experience in Java development
Solid mastery of the ecosystem: Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, distributed systems
Experience in cloud environments (GCP, AWS or Azure)
Comfortable with performance and scalability topics
Active technology watch and eagerness to share: meetups, articles, technical discussionsā¦ you feel at home
What will make the difference:
An appetite for public speaking and community influence
An affinity for modern architectures (event sourcing, cloud-native, DDD)
Experience in modernising legacy systems
A background in, or curiosity about, applied data/AI
