As a company leading the global games industry, KRAFTON has built a governance framework that places the safety and health of its members as its top priority and runs it systematically.

Safety Audit Team is the core department that oversees the execution of company-wide safety and health audits and diagnostics, including responses to the Serious Accidents Punishment Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

This position is delegated overall decision-making authority by the company over safety and health organisational management, staffing, budget planning, risk response and reporting system design. It systematically prevents and manages industrial safety and serious accident risks that KRAFTON may face, and establishes a company-wide safety culture.

 

Introducing the missions you will take on with our team.

• Audits and diagnostics of workplaces in the field of safety and health / workplace support
• Design of company-wide safety and health audit strategy and diagnostic systems, planning and checklist management
• Regular and ad hoc workplace audits and diagnostics, evaluation of compliance with safety and health laws 
• Establishing improvement and corrective action policies and prevention strategies based on audit results 
• Support for internal reviews and external certification responses
• Workplace risk assessments and on-site safety diagnostics/improvement
• Planning and operating employee safety culture diagnostics and improvement programmes
• Accident investigation and design of recurrence prevention policies and management standards based on data analysis

 

We want to grow with someone with these experiences! (Required)

• 8+ years of experience in safety and health audit/diagnostics/compliance
• Experience designing audit strategies, audit systems and review standards for multiple workplaces or global organisations
• Experience planning and executing company-wide workplace safety and health inspections
• Ability to prepare and operate safety and health diagnostic checklists
• Experience responding to internal and external emergencies/accidents
• No obstacles to overseas business travel

 

If you have these experiences, you are the person we are looking for! (Preferred)

• Master's degree or higher in a related major such as safety engineering or occupational health
• Holding a professional engineer or instructor qualification in safety and health fields such as construction or industrial hygiene management, and active in related work
• Holding KOSHA_MS or ISO 45001 auditor qualifications, with audit experience and communication skills
