What do we value?

• Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations.

• Functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.

• Experience in CMDB, technology inventories or corporate application repositories.

• Knowledge of Configuration Management, data governance and application lifecycle management.

• Experience leading and coordinating technical and functional teams.

• Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes.

• Ability to define information models, governance processes and integrations between systems.

What would your responsibilities be?

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow (analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment).

• Define and evolve ITSM processes aligned with ITIL.

• Lead the governance of the CMDB and the corporate application repository.

• Design and maintain the data model, relationships and mechanisms for updating information.

• Manage the application lifecycle and its relationship with IT services and configuration items.

• Ensure the quality, consistency and traceability of the platform's data.

• Coordinate integrations with corporate tools and other information sources.

• Collaborate with Architecture, Development, Operations teams and application owners.

• Define KPIs for monitoring and drive continuous improvement of the implemented processes.
