Are you interested in defining how software will be developed with AI in a large organisation?

We are looking for someone who combines technological vision, leadership and the ability to drive transformation to take part in the evolution of the software development model of one of the leading companies in the tourism sector.

We are not only looking for someone who uses AI tools. We want to bring in a person who understands what lies behind these technologies, how they are designed, governed and integrated within a complex organisation, and how to help teams adopt new ways of working.

The challenge

You will be part of a strategic initiative aimed at redefining the way technology teams design, develop and deliver software.

Your mission will be to help build a modern operating model that combines:

• Artificial Intelligence applied to development.

• Good engineering practices.

• Technology governance.

• Scalable and sustainable processes.

• Organisational and cultural transformation.

You will have the opportunity to take part from the early phases in building and evolving a strategic AI platform, acting as the technical reference for the rest of the organisation.

What will you do?

• Lead initiatives related to AI platforms and architectures.

• Define standards, processes and good development practices.

• Drive new working models and methodologies.

• Take part in decisions on technology governance and software development.

• Support technical teams in adopting AI capabilities.

• Design guardrails and mechanisms that enable responsible and secure use of artificial intelligence.

• Act as a bridge between technology, business and development teams
