Head of Works Group

Designer, builder, developer and manager, GA Smart Building offers smart, design and connected solutions.

We rely on a strong industrial approach, predominantly off-site, and manufacture the various components for the construction of the property projects we design in our 8 French factories spread across the whole country, then assemble them on site.

Niwa, our Head Office, is located in Toulouse and we operate across the whole of France.

Your mission

As Head of Works Group, you will be attached to the GA Construction Department, based in Toulouse or Paris, and work on sites located across the whole country. Drawing on some of your technical and organisational skills, you will lead and manage teams on one or more sites in the tertiary sector (offices, industrial and logistics buildings).

• You prepare the sites: participation in resource management, validation of schedules, planning of execution studies, management of the tendering process for contractors…

• You supervise the execution studies: smooth running of the studies, compliance with contractual milestones…

• You supervise the execution of the works in line with the company culture and works process, you monitor and consolidate financial management, and you ensure good management of client and subcontractor relations

• You supervise the completion of the works: OPR, commissioning, lifting of reservations and handover to after-sales service.

• Do you hold a Bac +5 in building/civil engineering or an equivalent qualification?

• Do you have at least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role in industrial, tertiary and residential new-build construction?

• A true technical expert, are you endowed with strong management capability?

• Is travelling extensively not an obstacle for you?

• Are you said to have excellent interpersonal skills? A unifier? A trainer? Possessing natural authority?
