We are looking for more senior systems developers at Ictech in Gothenburg. Perhaps you thrive best with backend development and complex systems, or perhaps you like working across the whole chain from frontend to backend. What will you be working on?

As a systems developer at Ictech you will build new systems and services, modernise existing software and solve technical challenges in a variety of environments. Here you get to delve deeply into the technology and influence the architecture. You contribute to solutions that are robust, scalable and easy to develop further.

Among other things, you may get to work with:

• Backend or full-stack development, depending on your skills and interests

• Development of APIs, integrations and microservices

• System design, architecture and technical choices

• Databases, performance and scalability

• Cloud-based solutions, automated testing and CI/CD

• Modernisation and further development of existing systems

Depending on the assignment, you may work with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, React, Angular, SQL, Azure, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.

Who do we think you are?

You have at least 7 years of relevant experience and a solid technical foundation in backend or full-stack development. You enjoy writing well-structured code, understanding how different parts of a system work together and finding solutions that keep working when needs change. You take responsibility for your work and enjoy discussing ideas and sharing knowledge with others.

We believe you have:

• Good knowledge of, for example, Java, C#/.NET, Python or TypeScript and relevant frameworks

• A good understanding of system design and architecture

• Experience with databases, APIs and system integrations

• Familiarity with modern development methods, version control and automated testing

• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English

If you also have experience of cloud platforms, microservices or technical leadership, we see that as a plus.

You do not need to have worked with all the technologies we mention. What matters most is that you have a strong technical foundation, enjoy solving problems and want to keep developing.
