[PUBG STUDIOS] Lead Engine Engineer (10+ Years)

• The Advanced Tech Team improves the engines of projects run by PUBG Studios and carries out the work of building and managing pipelines.
• We research so that Unreal Engine 4/5, used in PUBG and unannounced online shooter projects, can create the best user experience.

Introducing the mission to be undertaken with our team. 

• Overall technical leadership and architecture design for Unreal Engine-based projects
• Establishing the technical direction and development strategy of the team in a technology-driven organisation
• Collaboration and communication coordination with other departments within the organisation (planning, art, server, etc.)
• New technology R&D and establishing medium- to long-term technology roadmaps

We want to grow with someone who has these experiences!

• Experience as tech lead or key technical owner on commercial projects based on Unreal Engine 4 or 5
• 7+ years of game and real-time content development experience, centred on C++
• Experience leading technical decisions and development process improvements
• Experience leading technology at team or organisational level, or leadership capability
• Experience contributing to development culture through code reviews, technical documentation, internal technical knowledge sharing, etc.

If you have these experiences, you are the person we are looking for!

• Development experience for live service games or real-time online services
• Experience in high-performance rendering, optimisation, and hardware-based performance tuning
• Experience collaborating with global teams, or English communication ability
