Your mission at Expliseat:
As part of a dynamic and fast-growing industrial environment, we are looking for a project manager on a permanent contract to steer and coordinate development projects, from design through to certification and industrialisation.
As a true point of convergence between the different teams (product, engineering, purchasing, supply chain, methods, etc.), you ensure projects progress on schedule, within budget and in line with quality requirements.
You take part in progress meetings with all departments to help achieve the defined milestones. You coordinate the key activities, from the provision of seats through to the successful completion of laboratory tests (crash tests), managing day-to-day issues with responsiveness and a sense of priorities. Working closely with the Project Manager and the technical teams, you contribute to managing unforeseen events (procurement, logistics, production emergencies, etc.) by helping to put in place concrete solutions to unblock situations.
Your responsibilities:
Project management support:
Manage the day-to-day activities of the project so as to ensure short-term milestones are met on time.
Build, monitor and maintain the schedule.
Lead weekly meetings, both internal and with external service providers.
Ensure effective short-term risk management with appropriate mitigation plans.
Cross-functional coordination:
Coordinate the teams (product, engineering, purchasing, supply chain, methods, etc.) in daily tasks (release of seat definition, manufacturing at the plant, booking of laboratory slots, coordination with service providers…)
Build a strong and dynamic link between our two sites.
Ensure smooth communication and maintain alignment among stakeholders.
Foster dynamism and collaboration within the teams.
Product integration & certification:
Take part in preparing and coordinating certification activities.
Maintain a close link with the module teams to ensure effective product integration.
Continuous improvement & performance:
Propose improvements to project management methods.
Monitor and analyse project KPIs and share them with stakeholders for adjustment where necessary.
Your profile:
Engineering degree or Master's (Bac +4/5).
10 years' experience in project management or industrial coordination.
Industrial experience is preferred; aerospace experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Rigour, pragmatism and the ability to turn obstacles into concrete solutions.
Good interpersonal skills and ease of communication with a varied range of contacts (technical and operational).
Working knowledge of French and English, essential to work in an international environment.
