What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Java Backend Tech Lead with a solid foundation in software engineering and the ability to define technical solutions, drive good practices and support the team in building high-quality products.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead or technical profile with leadership responsibilities.

• Extensive experience in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data).

• In-depth knowledge of microservices architectures and hexagonal architecture.

• Experience designing APIs using an API First approach (OpenAPI/Swagger).

• Solid knowledge of design patterns, SOLID, Clean Code, DDD and TDD.

• Experience with Kafka and messaging platforms.

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI/CD environments.

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools.

• Experience in testing and test automation.
