Factor_, a brand of HelloFresh, is looking for you as a Learning Business Partner. As Learning Business Partner, you are the central point of contact for all training and development measures at the site. Your focus lies on the operational implementation of onboarding programmes, the organisation and coordination of training, and ensuring that our employees acquire all the knowledge and skills they need to work successfully in day-to-day business. Together with managers and stakeholders, you ensure practical training that safeguards standards and increases efficiency in our processes.
Your Responsibilities
- You take on the organisation, coordination and continuous development of onboarding programmes and training measures, and ensure a smooth and consistent learning experience for new and existing employees.
- The reliable delivery and coordination of all mandatory training, particularly in the areas of Health & Safety and Food Safety, is your responsibility. In doing so, you ensure that all relevant training is carried out at the site on time and to a high standard.
- In close cooperation with managers and departments, you identify training needs and development potential and derive suitable, practical learning measures from them.
- The creation, updating and maintenance of training materials, as well as the documentation of training progress, are part of your responsibilities, as is the continuous improvement of training effectiveness.
- As the technical and disciplinary manager of the Learning Team at the site, you support and coach team members and ensure consistently high quality in training delivery.
- With an analytical view of training efficiency, you identify concrete improvement opportunities in day-to-day business and implement corresponding measures independently.
- In addition, you contribute to operational Learning & Development projects at site and cross-site level and actively help develop and implement L&D initiatives across the entire organisation.
Your Profile
- A completed degree or comparable qualification in adult education, Learning & Development or a related field, as well as several years of experience in training or learning management, ideally in a production or logistics environment.
- Solid experience in the operational implementation of training and onboarding measures, as well as knowledge of various training techniques and their practical application.
- Experience in designing and facilitating training, for example on topics such as communication or conflict resolution, as well as in working with training matrices and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Extensive experience in working with different stakeholders and departments, as well as proven experience in leading employees and team management.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and derive suitable corrective and improvement measures; confident use of MS Office and GSuite.
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, as well as desirable knowledge of project management and occupational safety standards.
