Our Data & AI Center of Excellence is recruiting a Product Manager based in Lille.

You will join the Data & AI Center of Excellence to drive Collibra, our reference data governance tool. Your role is to be the bridge between governance standards and their digital execution, to turn every insight into a strategic decision.
YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION
Working in pairs with a technical expert, you are the conductor of our Collibra Data Catalog solution. Your role is to turn our governance standards into a smooth, value-creating product experience:
- Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the catalogue roadmap in line with the needs of the communities (Governance, Platform, Producers).
- Product Discovery: Identify priority features by understanding business issues and user journeys (personas), and ensure interoperability with the other existing building blocks of the data platform
- Agile Delivery: Write user stories, define acceptance criteria and prioritise the backlog between business value and technical feasibility.
- Adoption & Culture: Become the ambassador of the catalogue by creating training materials and leading evangelisation sessions.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure support, tool configuration (assets, workflows) and management of the CSAT (user satisfaction).

WHAT YOU BRING
Your recent experiences have allowed you to develop expertise in data governance standards and to consolidate your knowledge of product management.
- You master the concepts of data quality, lineage and data dictionaries.
- You know how to turn a strategic vision into concrete, actionable deliverables.
- A first significant experience with Collibra (or an equivalent tool) is a real asset.
- You are able to bring together diverse stakeholders and explain complex technical topics in simple terms.
- You know how to arbitrate priorities to ensure a robust and scalable product.
