What You'll Do
Technical Leadership
• Lead complex blade damage assessments and set severity ratings using engineering judgement.
• Review repair scopes, methods and records, and raise technical concerns.
• Lead root cause investigations and fleet-wide trend analysis for repeat damage.
• Support warranty, supplier and OEM technical discussions with clear evidence.
Quality & Standards
• Review and quality-check the junior analyst's damage categories, trackers and reports.
• Build and improve damage categories, templates, checklists and work instructions.
• Make sure inspection and repair data is complete, accurate and consistent.
Team & Client Partnership
• Act as the main technical contact for the client's blade engineers.
• Guide and train the junior analyst on the client's assets, systems and standards.
• Escalate high-risk and safety-related findings with a clear recommendation.
• Join engineering reviews and coordination calls with site teams and service providers.
What You Bring
Must-Haves
• Degree in mechanical, aerospace, materials, civil, or a related engineering field.
• 7-10 years of engineering experience in wind turbine blades, composites, or aircraft structures.
• Strong knowledge of blade damage types, composite repair methods, and severity assessment.
• Proven experience in root cause analysis and failure investigation.
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical recommendations.
• Clear written and spoken English for working with US engineering teams.
• A steady career history with long-term commitment to employers.
Good to Have

• Experience with drone or crawler inspection data and inspection platforms.
• Experience with warranty claims or supplier quality.
