We are looking for an AI Senior Delivery Manager to lead strategic technology services in an enterprise retail environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive governance of several multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the correct delivery of services, customer satisfaction, the financial management of the portfolio and the driving of transformation initiatives based on Artificial Intelligence.

This is a role with high customer exposure, combining delivery capabilities, team leadership, financial management and the adoption of AI-Native development models.

What will your mission in the project be?

Delivery Management:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in development, architecture, data and artificial intelligence.

• Ensure compliance with quality, timeline and cost commitments for the services.

• Monitor delivery, productivity, quality and predictability KPIs.

• Manage risks, dependencies and blockers with different areas and stakeholders.

• Coordinate releases, roadmap and planning together with Product Owners, Tech Leads and business teams.

Customer Management:

• Act as the main operational contact with business and technology stakeholders.

• Manage expectations, priorities and continuous improvement plans.

• Build relationships of trust with highly demanding corporate environments.

• Take part in follow-up committees and executive reporting.

Financial Management:

• Monitor budgets, invoicing, production and profitability of the services.

• Identify deviations and define corrective actions.

• Take part in service renewals, extensions and financial proposals.

People Leadership:

• Manage team capacity and planning.

• Take part in recruitment and talent assessment processes.

• Support Technical Leads and senior profiles.

• Drive the professional development and evolution of the teams.

AI Transformation:

• Lead the adoption of AI-Native practices within the teams.

• Promote working models based on Generative AI, agents, copilots and automation.

• Drive initiatives related to: Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI Governance, AI Quality & LLMOps.

• Measure the impact of AI on productivity, quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in managing technology projects, programmes or services.

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Program Manager or similar.

• Experience working with large enterprise clients.

• Experience in the Retail sector or in companies with high operational and technological complexity.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary and distributed teams.

• Solid background in software development, architecture or digital engineering.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and service management models.

• Experience working with delivery and quality metrics.

• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, digital platforms, data and integration.

• We are looking for someone who understands AI from an organisational transformation and delivery perspective, not necessarily from advanced programming.
