Norevie, a social landlord based in the Douaisis, is recruiting a Head of Major Works Service (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).

Your main responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the Major Works service team on a day-to-day basis

· Work cross-functionally with the Property Management Department to optimise and secure the N+1 budget

· Oversee the smooth organisation, monitoring of ordered works and budget control

· Ensure coordination with internal teams

2. Implement and manage the major works plan, as part of preventive and corrective maintenance

· Carry out the consultations required under the annual works plan and prepare the files presented to the CEI

· Ensure the organisation, monitoring and budget control of the worksites

· Supervise operations and adjust their management through to full completion, including the clearing of snagging items

· Inform tenants, associations and internal and external contractors about the works schedule, and take part in internal product committees

· Manage the verification of the technical condition of the property stock and pass the information on to the Property Enhancement service to optimise the budget

3. Monitor building damage claims (dommages-ouvrages)

· Manage the handling and follow-up of building damage claims and complaints, in compliance with the procedure, through to the closure of technical files

· Act as the link between the Major Works service, local teams and the department in charge of relations with our insurer

This role is for you if:

· You hold a Bac+5 qualification in building, civil engineering, property maintenance or construction law and/or you can demonstrate at least 7 years of successful experience in a similar position.

· You know how to gather, prioritise and synthesise information, with organisation and rigour.

· You show perseverance, tenacity and adaptability, and have strong communication and persuasion skills.

· You are comfortable managing a large number of contacts, with a genuine team spirit and responsiveness.
