Senior Manager Energy, Resources & Transportation

Your tasks:

• Strategic development of client relationships and accounts in Energy, Resources & Transportation

• Design of acquisition and account development from needs assessment through to positioning suitable solutions

• Management of opportunities, proposal processes and tenders through to successful contract signing

• Leadership of complex IT, digitalisation and software development projects with a focus on quality and client value

• Further development of our delivery through modern ways of working and the use of data, automation and AI

• Development of scalable services based on client needs, market requirements and technological innovations

• Management of interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders, and support in critical project situations

• Active use of your own network to open up new client and business potential

This is how you stand out:

• Several years of experience in managing complex IT, digitalisation or software development projects

• Good technological understanding of software development, system integration, cloud, data and IT platforms

• Proven experience in client management, business development and developing opportunities, and confident presence with decision-makers

• Ideally experience in a consulting or IT services environment, along with a good commercial understanding

• Strong network in Energy, Resources, Transportation, mobility or critical infrastructure

• Experience in developing compelling proposals with measurable benefits and scalable delivery models

• Industry understanding in Energy, Resources or Transportation an advantage

• Very good German and English skills, and willingness to travel within Austria and the DACH region

Based on your individual performance, you have the opportunity to actively influence your salary. Under the collective agreement it starts at EUR 6,000 gross per month. We are also willing to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
