What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Backend Java Tech Lead with a solid software engineering foundation and the ability to define technical solutions, drive good practices and support the team in building high-quality products.

Requirements

• Experience as a Tech Lead or a technical profile with leadership responsibilities.

• Extensive experience in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data).

• In-depth knowledge of microservices architectures and hexagonal architecture.

• Experience designing APIs using an API First approach (OpenAPI/Swagger).

• Solid knowledge of design patterns, SOLID, Clean Code, DDD and TDD.

• Experience with Kafka and messaging platforms.

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI/CD environments.

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools.

• Experience in testing and test automation.

• Remote working model 🏡. Option to work from the office, always at the worker's discretion.

• Flexible working hours ⏰: flexible hours, arrival 8:30 and departure 18:00, with an intensive Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 and in summer (July and August) an intensive schedule from 8:00 to 15:00
