Rocket Delivery is Coupang's core service, built on world-class technology and logistics infrastructure, delivering tomorrow what you order today. 
It is an End to End service in which Coupang takes responsibility for the entire process from product purchasing through storage and delivery to returns.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the leisure/sports/camping category, managing the virtuous cycle of revenue, profit and inventory from A to Z
• Category strategy development and brand discovery and growth management
  : Using market and customer data, establish the mid-to-long-term category strategy, and on that basis discover promising brands and onboard them. Grow alongside brands and secure the growth foundation of Rocket Delivery.
• Building brand partnerships and designing business structures
  : Directly purchase Rocket Delivery products through collaboration with brands. Design marketing terms together with brands and manage partnerships so that both sides can grow together.  
• Category performance (P&L) management and product and promotion strategy development
  : Manage key indicators such as revenue and profit, and on that basis establish product and promotion strategies.  Track competitive prices in the market and lead mutual growth through supply price negotiations.  
• Overall management of operating processes
  : Balance suppliers' needs with operating standards, and systematically manage the overall operation, including product registration, inventory operations, pricing policy and promotion execution.
• Improvement of operating processes and collaboration with related departments
  : Through collaboration with related departments such as marketing, logistics and catalogue operations, analyse root causes and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 8 years of relevant experience, and an interest in online retail business
• Practical experience in e-commerce platforms or direct purchasing
• Flexible thinking to embrace change and leading team commitment with positive energy
• Experience improving actual service and revenue metrics through analysis and insight

• Understanding of the leisure/sports category industry and customer needs
• Those who have produced visible results through quick decision-making and execution
• Those who have defined results as KPIs and proven them with figures

Document Return Policy 

1. This notice is made pursuant to Article 11(6) of the Act on Fair Procedures for Recruitment.
2. Applicants who applied for a position with the company and were not finally selected may request the return of the recruitment documents they submitted, in accordance with the Act on Fair Procedures for Recruitment. However, this does not apply where documents were submitted via the website or by email, or where applicants submitted them voluntarily without the company's request; and where recruitment documents are lost due to natural disasters or other reasons not attributable to the company, they are deemed returned.
3. Applicants requesting the return of recruitment documents under the main text of item 2 above shall complete a recruitment document return request form [Form No. 3 of the Enforcement Rules of the Act on Fair Procedures for Recruitment] and submit it by email ([contact details removed]). Within 14 days from the date submission is confirmed, the documents will be sent by registered mail to the address specified. Please note that in this case the registered postage will be charged to the recipient. 
4. To prepare for applicants' return requests under the main text of item 2, the company will keep the original recruitment documents submitted for 180 days from the date recruitment is confirmed. If return is not requested by then, the company will destroy all recruitment documents without delay in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
