WSP Nederland is a leading engineering and advisory firm that is growing rapidly. To further support this growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Someone who sees recruitment as a strategic discipline, understands organisations and makes a difference with expertise, persuasiveness and drive.

In this role you combine operational recruitment activities with stakeholder management, advisory work and international collaboration. Your base is Breda or Nieuwegein and you work together with an experienced recruitment team.

Your role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you are responsible for the entire recruitment process. From the moment a vacancy arises until the signing of the employment contract, you take the lead. You ensure that vacancies are filled quickly, effectively and with an eye for quality.

You work closely with hiring managers, HR and Finance to identify staffing needs in good time and determine the right recruitment strategy. In this way you play an important role in the organisation's workforce planning.

In addition, you are a robust sparring partner for the business. Based on labour market information, data and your own expertise, you advise stakeholders on the best approach. You bring structure to complex issues, think in solutions and provide clarity, also in a dynamic environment.

You are continuously working on improving recruitment results. By monitoring KPIs, spotting trends and turning insights into concrete actions, you optimise processes and increase both the quality of intake and the candidate experience. You also keep a close eye on recruitment budgets.

You also play an important role in strengthening the candidate journey and WSP's employer brand. You ensure a professional, transparent and positive experience for candidates and actively contribute to initiatives that position WSP as an attractive employer in the Dutch market.

Alongside your work in the Netherlands, you work with colleagues from other countries on international Talent Acquisition initiatives. In collaboration with the Central Europe Talent Acquisition team you contribute to international projects, share best practices and help further professionalise recruitment processes. In this way you contribute to the further development of a more uniform and internationally aligned Talent Acquisition organisation.

Your profile

We are looking for a professional who:

• Has experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment;

• Is strong in stakeholder management within complex (international) matrix organisations;

• Has demonstrable experience with end-to-end recruitment;

• Works data-driven, independently and solution-oriented;

• Preferably has experience in an international environment;

• Brings energy, shows initiative and enjoys collaborating.
