What you will do as a lead consultant at Argon & Co Netherlands

Argon & Co advises companies on a broad range of strategic and operational topics. As a lead consultant you dive into the world of the client and make sure you truly understand their work. You take day-to-day responsibility for a project, including shaping the content, aligning with the client and directing and coaching junior consultants.

At Argon & Co we love seeing how products are made, smelling the tomato soup and hearing the sound of industrial machines. You therefore work at the client's site half of the time and certainly take a look at the shop floor.

Who are we looking for?

Our future lead consultants have gained 4+ years of strategy consulting experience and are ready for a better work-life balance, more freedom and responsibility in projects and/or, for example, a smaller and flatter organisation. We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues with solid analytical skills, business sense and proven project management experience. In addition, they are strong communicators, true team players and have experience directing and coaching junior consultants.

Who are we?

Argon & Co has an open culture and short lines of communication. As a strategy consultant you work in small project teams with experienced colleagues - an environment in which you determine how steep your learning curve is.

Our Argon & Co team consists of 20 direct colleagues who are your teammates and sparring partners. Together we continually challenge each other to ensure that we all perform at the top of our game.

Of course we work hard - we are consultants! But we consider a good balance between work and private life important. This means that, both on weekdays and at weekends, you have more than enough time for other matters, social activities and sport.

In addition, we regularly organise fun activities during working hours. Once a year we go away together for a weekend to, among others, Iceland, Barcelona or Gothenburg.
