At knowmad mood we continue to grow and are looking to welcome a Senior PHP Architect for a strategic role within our Architecture Community.

We are looking for a profile with more than 8 years of experience in software development and architecture, able to act as a technical reference, lead architecture decisions and actively take part in the implementation of solutions.

What will you do?

• Define and evolve scalable, secure and cloud-native application architectures.

• Design and implement APIs, microservices and integrations in complex corporate environments.

• Act as a technical reference and mentor for other developers.

• Take part in both the design and the development of solutions.

• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives, coordinating different teams and stakeholders.

• Drive improvements in performance, scalability, resilience and software quality.

• Define technology standards, integration strategies and application evolution roadmaps.

What are we looking for?

• Solid experience as a PHP Architect or Lead Developer with architecture responsibilities.

• More than 8 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture or enterprise platform development.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale corporate applications, APIs, microservices and cloud solutions.

• Knowledge and experience in PHP, Python, Angular, REST APIs and AWS Cloud Services environments.

• Experience with containers, CI/CD and version control tools (Git/Bitbucket).

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure on AWS.

• Experience in integrating enterprise systems and data ecosystems.

• Experience leading complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.

• Ability to work in regulated environments with technology governance processes.

• High level of spoken English, essential for collaborating in international environments.
