What do we value?

Experience leading teams, as well as experience in:

- Java 21 or higher.

- Mastery of frameworks in the Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring Data.

- Hexagonal Architecture, Microservices Architecture

- Experience designing APIs with an API First approach (OpenAPI / Swagger).

- Design patterns, SOLID principles and Clean Code, and Domain Driven Design (DDD) and TDD principles

- Apache Kafka and messaging systems such as ActiveMQ.

- Event-driven architectures and queue management, partitioning, consumption, retries, etc.

- Relational databases (MariaDB or others) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

- Query optimisation, use of advanced features (indexes, scalar functions, tuning) and data modelling.

- OpenShift / Kubernetes, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, tools such as GitHub and Spinnaker.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Grafana and Dynatrace.

- Unit tests and integration tests.

- AI with a technical focus on development

- Use of AI throughout the product lifecycle (development → deployment).

- Use of SDD (Spec Driven Development) methodology
