Interim CFO

To further develop and strengthen our Germany-wide portfolio companies, we are continuously seeking experienced Interim CFOs (m/w/d) who are at home in both accounting and controlling and who accompany us on our path of digitalisation and optimisation.

Your Role

• Overall responsibility for finance, controlling, accounting, treasury and reporting.
• Development and implementation of the financial strategy to support corporate goals.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and/or IFRS.
• Building and developing precise, meaningful reporting and KPIs.
• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and liquidity management.
• Management and optimisation of finance processes and IT systems (e.g. ERP).
• Direct point of contact for external stakeholders such as banks, auditors and tax advisers.
• Support for strategic initiatives such as M&A projects or market expansions.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in business administration, finance or a comparable course of study.
• Several years of professional experience in a senior finance position, ideally in a medium-sized and dynamic environment.
• Sound knowledge of accounting (HGB, IFRS), controlling and financial planning.
• Experience in optimising processes and implementing finance and ERP systems.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as an entrepreneurial mindset.
